1. When guests can't attend the event

When those declined RSVPs have got you down, our Virtual Dial-In Package is here to save the day! It’s perfect for those who can’t attend your wedding or special event in person but still want to leave you a sweet message that you can add to your mix of voicemails later. 

For this option, there’s no rotary phone needed! People can simply dial in and leave a message on their personal device. The audio will sound the exact same as the other messages that were recorded at the event, and years down the line, you’ll listen to your virtual guestbook voicemails and almost completely forget your loved one wasn’t physically in attendance!

2. When you aren't hosting an event, but still want voicemails to celebrate a special occasion.

This service is also great for people who want to collect voicemails for a custom vinyl, but aren’t hosting an event at all. The package makes a great birthday, Christmas, or anniversary gift for a loved one. You can purchase the package, collect voicemails from a group of people, and then get the messages cut onto a record or digital file as a forever keepsake for someone special!

Fun fact: Our very first virtual guestbook client used the service prior to eloping. On the day of the couple’s elopement, they listened to their custom vinyl to be able to hear supportive messages from their friends and family, even though they weren't physically with them. The possibilities are endless!

How It Works

The best part about the Virtual Dial-In? The process, from booking to collecting voicemails to receiving your audio file, is super easy from start to finish.

It works like this:

You book with us on our website! Easy so far, right? 😉 Then, we contact you for high-res photos that are used to create a customized website just for you. You share the website link with your friends and family so they can start leaving you voicemails. We call this part of the package your very own Virtual Call Center. If you’re familiar with registry and wedding websites like Zola, it’s kinda the same vibe (Check out an example here). We can even provide you with sample text messages and emails to make the sharing process easy.

The custom website will include everything your people need to know to leave you the perfect voicemail: an explanation of what you’re asking of them, the custom phone number to dial, etc. Then, your loved ones call in on their personal devices, wait for the beep, leave their message, and hang up like they would any typical voicemail. It’s that simple!

If you want your website to include custom copy, we can work with you on whatever you need to tailor the site to your liking. Additionally, if you’d like to leave your Virtual Call Center open after your event to make sure no one missed leaving a message on your big day, we’re happy to help you out there, as well. For reference, we typically leave the line open for about 7-10 days.
