'Little Miss' Collects Special Audio Guestbook Voicemails at Her Baby Shower

Professional Ballerina Hannah Bruce just got a new forever dance partner… her adorable baby girl, Molly! This, of course, called for a serious celebration. And for Hannah and her new daughter, it was a Little Miss themed baby shower that did just the trick.
TBH, we were beyond honored when we got an invite to her bright and airy Illinois event (in the form of a Little Miss vintage audio guest book). Hannah reached out to us with the adorable idea of having After The Tone at the party to help her collect voicemails from her favorite people for her future baby. 

“Thinking about how much love and support my daughter already has, I wanted to have this more personal touch to keep with her as she gets older to remember everyone who loves her,” Hannah said.

We couldn’t agree more! Plus, the real and refurbished pink rotary phone fit in perfectly with the vintage vibe of the party. 😍

A Memorable Twist on the Traditional Baby Shower

While people typically think of our voicemail guestbooks for their weddings, we’ve been seeing a lot more moms-to-be just like Hannah, booking us for a different, yet just as magical, chapter of their lives. I mean, who wouldn’t want to give their child messages from their closest friends and family when they come of age? 

“I plan to give the vinyl to my daughter when she’s older,” Hannah said.

Aaaaand sobbing.

Little Miss Remembers The Details

For Hannah, the audio guest book wasn’t just something custom and personal for her baby to look back on in the years to come; it was also a way for Hannah herself to remember those little details from a day she never wanted to forget. 

Thanks to After The Tone, she got to encapsulate the special feeling she experienced when she saw her vision come to life. She got to record the memory of her aunt praying over her growing family, and so much more!

But after hearing all of her baby’s voicemails, there was one that stood out above the rest—the one from her husband and love of her life, Ben.
