The phone itself is beautifully built and sturdier than it looks — it adds a real vintage charm to the event. The online setup is intuitive, very visual, and extremely easy to navigate. I appreciated having multiple audio format options when saving the recordings — such a useful feature! I did get a little nervous a few days before the wedding because the tracking page still showed the phone hadn’t shipped yet, and we only had three days left. When I reached out, the team responded quickly, reassured me, and guaranteed I would receive it in time. They were right — it arrived just as promised. Planning a wedding comes with its fair share of nerves, so having that calm and supportive response made a world of difference! Everything worked perfectly, our guests had so much fun with it, and now we have memories recorded in their own voices — something we’ll cherish forever. I just listened to our voicemails with my now husband. I can not tell you enough how much we laughed and teared up listening to them. I will cherish these recordings forever. Pro Tip- Have your mom leave a message like she would when you were a kid, telling you to take some chicken out of the freezer, or your spouse leave one exactly as if you didn't answer your phone. Those were some of my favorites. The phone itself was easy to use, set up, and seemingly guests understood what to do pretty easily too. The process to send it back is just as easy- but make sure you know where it it when it's packed away after your event. The timeline to send it back is fairly short and we almost didn't get it in time because of how all our stuff got loaded after the wedding.

BEST IDEA EVER!! we had this at our welcome table and got everyone’s well wishes for our wedding and was so sweet and sentimental to capture everyone’s messages! we then moved it to our bar during reception and it got used 10x more throughout the night and the messages just got better and better, HIGHLY recommend!!
