When it came time to order they were having a sale for 20% off which was a huge plus considering I wanted to add the vinyl option onto my order and was on a tight budget. They are extremely quick to respond and if you follow their Instagram they have a live every week where you can ask your questions in real time! They have been nothing but nice and helpful each time I contacted them. My husband and I just heard our voicemails for the first time and it instantly took us back to the best day of our lives! Thank you so much after the tone! Can’t wait to cherish our families voices forever!
